I purchased this device a year back, and the company promised that the speed will be 10 MB ps but, till date I have not been able to catch up with the speed. The average speed is very poor. Secondly in case you connect your device to more than 4 gadgets then the speed lowers to a extreme extended. The customer information system is also very annoying. They keep on calling for the billing but donot solve the customers problem.
