WORST SERVICE. Review on Tata Indicom WiMAX

I recommend ppl. to not to take up with tata wimax... reliance wimax is much better..Had https://mouthshut.com introduced the zero or negative rating I would have happily rated the service and support in the top negative, luckily its not.

Tata just want business and their service sucks and can be compared to the local ISPs..... well the speed is average. The local ISP on request atleast give a reply and send some one for sure.

But then the customer service of TATA sucks.... I called to the customer care and registered a complaint and they told they will be back in 24 hours (week days) and 48 hours(week ends). Forget week ends they never call u. so I tried my luck in week days and got a response after 29 hours(toomuch to bear) ... I requested them to send a technician instead he called(as if he's concerned)

And told that " sir you are getting good speeds sir and now I am keeping the phone" damn the fool he cut the phone.... I called back and was told that if u were lucky you would get a call on week ends(lotterry).... great I thought and the call come for the second time and a person named Ashish spoke to me saying that he's sorry for that(as if he's concerned too) exactly another 24 hours later...

And promised to send a person and failed.... I got a third call exactly 24 hours after Ashish called a person named Naveen he promised to send the technical person immidiately and I requested to unblock any ports... they said that they will not block any ports(thats why my speed earlier 256 kbps is now sowing 30kbps).... and they damn suck and its 48 hours passed no one came....I say reliance jai ho... they call every third day for the internet and there was prompt response...

DOWN with TATA they are not to be with the top and I do not recommend for their support the speed is also not stable as they had promised and in reality the plans of the broadband and wimax will vary(reliance and BSNL(not reffered)) but TATA ithe same plans in both and they promised more speed than the Broadband service. Still their Broadband is far better than Wimax (according to the experience of my friends)
