The experience was very disappointing. I required a photon connection on my firms name and gave all appropriate documents like partnership deed, registration paper of the firm, company Pan card, Bank statement for address proof along with all seals. But the people over there were clueless and rude.
The guys started questioning the validity of docs as if they know all about legal processes. Further on I was denied a photon because of lack of documents, on asking that which documents are missing there was a rude NO from all of them.
With these documents I have been able to get a PAN card as well as bank account but TATA does not provide an internet connection with these documents. I hated there way of talking and reasons for not providing a connection. A complete No-No to TATA services.
