I got this photon data card with wifi facilities and have been faced with many problems-
Not a good experience connecting more than 2 devices. They boast of 5 devices.
Recharge plans are horrible, what is marketed is different and what you can avail is different. Went to the outlet and they just say that your connection is not valid for 1 GB. had to take 2 GB for double the cost.
Coverage is a problem, does not give good speed.
Customer care just gives information, does not resolve your problem.
They promise so many plans, but we can avail some only.
And to add to that, it took more than 48 hours and repeated phone calls to get this activated. The outlet did not bother to submit my form in time.
Pathetic product with pathetic plans and pathetic customer support. Do not go for it.
