I took their annual plan and paid Rs.16180 for 12 months advance rental. The broadband worked for 1 month and stopped working.
I called the customer service and no one attended the issue for 10 days for which I needed the internet badly. I finally ended the connection. Now they cancelled the connection and they are not returning the 11 month rental, saying it is non refundable.
Never did they mention nor is it stated anywhere in the document. So never ever take Tata DoCoMo broadband connection. Please let your friends know this before they get duped.
