On 15th April 2017 I visited Croma Mulund West to buy Refrigerator, while doing payment on cash counter, I was offered to opt for Tata Croma Credit Card, I accepted the offer and entire form was filed physically and in the App, in next 10 min the card was approved and approval message was shown to be by Sales Personnel on his cell phone, post that I got 2 Calls from Tata Helpline confirming the details and Card has been approved.
Surprisingly I got a call on 27th April 2017 17:40 from 022 24398117 Phone number, asking me why did I rejected the offer, when I asked the lady when did I rejected and can she share me few more details, immediately she shared apology for inconvenience and informed me that there might be mistake in software, She will arrange Call back from helpline for confirmation 1 more time and you please say yes.
Summary: When I have already physically filled the form, and confirmed the details over phone in verification call, Where is a disconnect?
