Tata consultancy services private limited is the biggest infotech firm of India . here I am talking about the company and its working environment. So first of all entering in tata consultancy services is quite easy if you are from a good college or you have enough talent so that you can crack the recruitment test of TCS. When you enter the company then you got assigned to a stream ( java , dot net , SQL , mainframe , BI, big data ) and after the training you have to wait for project if you are from java you will get the project very soon and other stream need to wait for the requirement.
Working environment of company is really good because TCS cares a lot about their employees and one main thing which TCS has is freedom of choosing the project or not , only few of companies provide this freedom. Career growth is also good but if you are planning to go to foreign then TCS is not for you because TCS has its most of the government project of India so there is a less probability of getting the chance of going foreign so this is what I know about the company .
