TashanIPTV is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Devices they have provided, don't take commends. Channels keeps buffering and it kicks me out to the home page.
When I customer service, wait time would be at least 30-40 minutes and they hangs up the phone over and over without any help.
They says 1 year warranty on devices but when I called one month earlier before expiration of the warranty, I was told that senior technical personnel will call you. They repeated this several times and back and forth and once my warranty expired, rep called me and told that your warranty is expired so we can not help you with anything. You will have to buy new device.
I strongly NOT RECOMMEND anyone to get their services.
