Tarun Gill fitness.com is not a genuine website this website does not provide any Useful information to us as this website is related to fitness but nothing else talked on this website about the fitness. I have also seen a YouTube channel on which Tarun Gill tells us about the Fitness World and how to do Fitness training without a trainer but he himself does not show any activities because he himself does not have any experience of doing it all the trainers about from the outside and their train us to show then what's the use of Tarun Gill.
