I joined the gym with full of motivation and high sprit, I had only taken 3 months membership with Level 3 trainer with a goal to reduce 5 kg body fat, and get in better shape, the first week was good, the equipments are in good condition with decent facilities but the attitude of the manager and the staff towards the customers is not excaptable, after my first week my personal trainer started skiping the PT sessions and I had to excesice all by my self even after paying a huge fee!
