They failed on following:
A) Committed delivery of vehicle: were late by 4-5 hours. This is when they could not deliver the vehicle the same day. Never ever I have spent two days for normal service, and AC not cooling. the extended timelines kept on extending and the car picked on morning 9 is expected to be delivered by 7 in evening on the next day. Hope this does not get extended now.
B) Estimate vs real billing: never ever thought that real billing will include charges not told earlier. the deviation was 40% above the agreed estimated cost. NO how do someone justify that unless the intention were not correct.
My last visit to these guys, eeven if it means that I have to service my car outside Pune. The complaint will also go to Ford company.These idiots are getting one star because mouthshut does not allow half stars or zero stars. Born cheats!
