The simphony hicool aircooler is not a satisfying product. It has very bad performance. It does not cool quickly.also it had bad service at present. It is very difficult to find service centres for this cooler.
I have heard many complaints about this product from my friends who was trapped by buying this product. So I personally do not suggest this cooler when better performing coolers are available in the market.
