I ordered 2 quantities of Vegetable Kurma through Swiggy. The delivery was never made. A customer care representative informed me that due to heavy rains, they couldnt deliver and asked me to cancel the order, assuring that the amount would be refunded within 24 hours.
Its been over a month, and no refund has been received. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution. This is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on Swiggys customer service and accountability.
If a simple refund cant be processed after a failed delivery, how can customers trust this platform again?
