Even after years of repeatedly ordering on Swiggy, I again faced a very unsettling experience which shows that Swiggy's leadership as well as employee are a bunch of bandicoots focused only on earning dishonestly. I pushed food items in cart, went away for a few minutes, saw to my horror that order was placed and under preparation(I may have pressed the button incorrectly) and even payment was made(due perhaps to the pre- selected payment option and automatic reading of OTP). In panic, I chatted with the Bot and cancelled the order. Called and wrote repeatedly to Swiggy explaining the circumstances yet Swiggy applied 100 pct cancellation fee so I lost circa 1500 rupees and had to place another order to get food - this time via Zomato. Everything points to devilish deceitful intention of looting money from customers by Swiggy. Pitiable company. thriving in a lawless environment
