Swiggy is now started really cheat people , they charge way to much to delivery charges if its less than 1 km also .recently I ordered food from empire hotel and because of wrong mentioned addres I cancelled the order within a second and as per there policy they can charge one time for cancelation . but they charged me twice the amount and I was got irritated and chated to customer care but they are not aware by its deducted double the time after lot explaining also I have not got money back .
Really I was not expected with swiggy for this kind of response after this I am never gonna use swiggt app for sure .
