Horrible service, spoil your car by taking it to them.
I had given my car for service to them after an year for the yearly service as requested by them. But after the service the clutch became very hard and to my surprise after driving 20-30 km my knee started paining. Called the technician he says clutch is internal part nothing to do with it. Then agrees to look into it after much persistence. After that car is being taken to workshop once, twice, thrice but same result. He even says he changed some part but same result. Finally decided to give it to his service advisor he does something after which it somewhat works but not perfectly they feel they do a favor by servicing your car, THEY HAVE SPOILT MY PERFECT CAR, really REGRET giving for service to SURAKSHA a bunch of novice technicians who will experiment at your peril. Lost peace of mind. They keep calling for feedback everytime they say they will follow up and get it done but nothing really happens more of eyewash to make customer happy.
ADVICE: DO NOT GIVE CAR TO SURAKSHA FOR SERVICE
Maruti service standards have seriously deteriorated own a maruti at your own cost
