On my daughter's birthday, which falls on February 20th, I ordered a strawberry cake from Suraj Bakery in Panki, Kanpur. The bakery owner called me at 5: 00 to confirm the order, but the cake wasn't ready until 7: 00. When I got home with the cake, I noticed that its appearance had deteriorated, likely due to the cake being packed in a regular box. Despite this, I had to serve the same cake at my daughter's birthday party. Unfortunately, everyone found the cake tasteless, and the cream was bitter. When I raised these concerns with the shopkeeper, they started quarreling with me.
In my opinion, it's best to avoid buying any food items from this shop, as they seem to stock stale and low-quality products.Their prices are very high according to the quality of their food.
