I have used this peanut butter for 3 months during the time I went for gymming, untill I saw a video on youtube that explained if it is healthy for you or not.
On the label of this product, under the heading of ingredients you will find that it contains stabilizers. Those stabilizers are nothing but cheap animal fats( pig fats also) or cheap quality hydrogenated oils like canola oil. These fats are really very bad for your health.
Ever since I found this out I have stayed away from using this product and instead opted for brands that give natural peanut butter.
The label of such brands will only say that it contains roasted peanuts, those are the best option.
Vegetarians and health conscious people should avoid sundrop peanut butter.
