I was contacted by one IT Consultancy for an IT Training. The consultancy's name is'Skylark IT Solutions' which is situated at 3435 60th Street, Moline, IL 61265. After conducting 2 sessions their trainer was not available to conduct further sessions as per my timings. I gave them availability timings from 6 AM to 10 PM any day except Mondays. But still, they said to have a problem. So I seek a refund for the fees I paid and I am seeking the refund for last 3 months and they haven't refunded yet. I tried to post review against this consultancy on Sulekha.com but when I try to submit the review, it does not work. I tried to click many times on the submit button but it is not working. Then I tried to call to Sulekha's customer care and also tried to submit a message which we can leave by clicking at the bottom of their webpage but the same thing happened at the time of submitting the message. The button is not working! The sulekha.com seems to have problems with buttons. I wonder their employees would be wearing shirts without buttons! I have also searched for jobs on sulekha. I hardly found two jobs and applied for that but no one called me or e-mailed me back. Job browsing is very worst on sulekha.com
The website is not a user-friendly. However, you can find some contacts on Sulekha. But for me, the experience was not much satisfying. They shelter fraudulent people who steal money from innocent people. When we try to post our feedback via review function provided by themselves on the website, it does not work. A Very worst website for job seekers and IT training seekers.
