Dear All,


Don't purchase of any kind of service from Sulekha.com, Hyderabad. They are worst team and won't take responsibility after we have done the aishwaryasingh23ment. Be careful friends for your valuable money.


They are giving the false information during the time of sales. Once we purchased the product no one is take care of the product and client. The sales team and service team totally irresponsible to do their commitments and our requested.


And Sales team and Service team won't pick the calls and not answering the mails till 1 month. My company operations team HR team called many times to sulekha team to come down to my office. but he failed to come to my office. Even I am sharing the words little aggressive, he said call to his mAnasultanger Mr. Mahesh or customer care. they will handle it.  We called him to Mr. Mahesh and Jyothi. they are also not feeling responsible and failed to give the proper answer.


I have purchased one service in Sulekha.com. The sales person Mr. Pavan came to my office and explained about the service and other terms of the product before taking the service.


His Commitments  / His Response


-> Once we purchased the product in online aishwaryasingh23ment we will get 20% additional leads,


As per his request we have done the aishwaryasingh23ment online. But they did not give the 20% more leads till now, Again he saying after complication of product leads. additional leads will be added. As per his words we asked to release the official mail. Now he is taking about, this task will be handled by his mAnasultanger Mr. Mahesh or customer care.  and saying he is not responsible for this now.


-> Sulekha place our company banners in their websITES_Company


Before purchased the product he told us, Sulekha team will get back to you for hellokids and sizes. once you approve that, they will post it in website.


Nobody did not called us till one month and posted the worst hellokids with out my company contact number and emaild in that. We asked Mr. Pavan. he said, I am not responsible, check with Mr.Mahesh or call center.


We have number of our aishwaryasingh23ment process candidate number. She is dealing with operations. We asked her,  who posted the banners with out our confirmation in your site.  She said, with out our confirmation they cant do and she is arguing with us and trying point out ourselves . After the discussion,  She gave the banner sizes, we have designed my company banners from our team. later we came to know, she give the wrong diementions instead of original sizes. After that we called her. she did not pick or calls and not answering the mails.

We asked the one category of service, the have assigned another category service and what ever the leads we are getting its totally irrelevant. We asked to put the keywords what we requested. till now it was not done.  We called Pavan. after more rings he lifted the call and said, call to customer care. he is not responsible for this.


-> We can access and control our account though 10 mobile apps


We asked to Mr. Pavan to come to our office to explain the process, how to do that and how to use other options. He is saying, He have some other meetings., he can not come and saying the free suggestion call to customercare.


Once customer purchased the product and paid the money, Sulekha team won't take the responsibility and they never bothered about client requirement. All the team keen to collecting money.


After we fedup with their services, we asked to reaishwaryasingh23 the money. no one is not feeling responsible and  not talking about this.


So friends, its a long story but it will save your valuable money.
