Worst customer service. No one knows how the system works. Customer care people do not know anything. Simply they are asking to send mail to cs_yp. I am not getting any reply for mail and I am waiting for two days. when I called customer care people they are saying that they did not receive any mail.
Very very worst . from beginning I am struggling with these customer care people. They are promising something and once we have paid they are not even responding. cusotmer care people holding the phone calls and I am hardly waiting for 15 minutes of time and call has been ended finally and when we try to call someone will pick and they also doing the same. When I call the executive people who explained me the product, they also will not pick the phone.
