Beware of Sikka realtors operating in Delhi Dwarka Sec 22-23, had an interaction with Ajay Sikka from that group , very dodgy person showed a house said he used to own it and sold it forward, on checking the owner name was unwilling to share, totally fraud interaction with no intent of renting out, just wants to lay his hands on the token money and then disappear.. have read other instances of this with Sikka as well.. please beware..
