Arrogant, Uncouth, Incompetent.
Grossly Unreliable. Please avoid them like plague. Such entities and especially the people managing them are a curse to the society. And the worst part is that from India to America,
there is no one to listen to you in case you were to file a complaint.
Few examples of arbitrariness:
1) They claim and tell you on your face that they don't care about a single customer because they have lots of business
2) Will not accept the'opened' media device however will not take the responsibility if they themselves have opened the media
3) Will not accept credit cards because they don't want to.
4) They openly claim that their customers are cheats inherently.
5) They don't assign any reasons if the cost changes.
6) Even if you are ready to pay the full amount they will not give you the opportunity to verify the data which is recovered. You have to accept whatever crap they offer to you.
7) I also doubt about the data secrecy though I don't have a proof in this regard
