I booked my Holiday plan to Puri with my Family few months before. Accordingly I searched some Online Website to search Hotels to stay in Puri, Orisha .
When I asked my requirement from Stayzilla, they provided details of Mid to High Range Hotels for stay purpose according to my requirement. Finally I proceed my Hotel booking through Stayzilla.
Then, they said to pay Partial Booking Amount and provided the full Hotel Details with address and contact details to us. There after I also got one confirmation mail from Stayzilla for my booking. But unfortunately, after few days of my Booking, I cancelled my booking due to some unforeseen events.
Few things noticed while my Hotel booking from Stayzilla:
Pros:
Hotel booking prices are comparatively OK in comparison of others.
They will allocate one member for your booking, who will look for all your belongings.
Refundable policy is quite OK. They cut some cancellation charges and refund withing 15 working days.
Cons:
When I searched Hotels for my stay, they have very limited options in comparison of others.
Their Online chat response is quite late.
Overall, as per my first experience with Stayzilla, I am happy with them and hope will also continue in future if their response will good by others.
