State bank of india is the largest bank in india. It has highest branch than any other bank. But their service are not upto the mark or very slow service. Only presence through out india is the only reason why a person should have a account in sbi. Staff are also not well behaving. No body is helping the person who dont know about the new systems that they are using. A lot of people are harrasing. Overall I am not satisfied with the service and staff behaviour. You will always get a long que in tbe bank.
