I have a savings account in state bank of India. The state bank of India service is very poor. The enployees of this bank is very lazy. They are taking so much time on a single transation. They are not interested in doing works every time they do gossip in bank.
Phone Banking of state bank of India is very poor. They takes time and many times the call was not connecting.
The ATM service is not very good of this bank because the SBI ATM card does not work properly you have to do In Out on the ATM so many times.
Internet banking is costly beacause they take charge if you you transfer money to some other bank.
Customer service is worst.
