I have an account in state bank from the last 5 yeras. I am 50% OK with the services of the bank. I completely love the services provided by the staff when we visit the branch.
But in todays world, internet is the medium through which we want all the services. I am not happy with the online services of SBI.
Its easy to perform transaction online but when it comes to some services like change profile password , online service is not good. We have the option to change profile password online but at the end it provides a request number then we have to visit the branch to ask them to do so. If we had visit the branch theb whats the use of online service.I am not happy with such services of SBI.
