I am an account holder in this Bank. This is my genuine review share to others.
Phone Banking of SBI is very bad. Our account updates like deposit, withdraw and other transactions had not received regularly in my mobile as a SMS.
ATM's are available. More of the times ATM machines had not working, otherwise cash is not available in ATM Machine. Everyone suffering lot with this Bank.
I am going Internet banking, SBI is very worst in the Internet Banking. Private banks like HDFC, Canara etc. had excellent. our net banking is created with our user ID in our self only. But in SBI, lot of problems faced to create net banking for our personal account.
Customer Service is also Bad. This is not the responsible for Bank employee's. Lot of burden in every employee. as Lot of account are opening everyday with different type of schemes. Lot of complaints they received everyday like Mobile Banking not working, Internet banking is failure, etc.
Please solve the problems as early as possible and don't waste of public time. Every account holder had suffering lot and lot of time, he waiting at bank for deposit and other transactions.
The above is the my experience in State Bank of India.
