State bank of India is one of the very Oldest Government bank of India. I talk about the service of this bank, that is not very great like Private bank. I do not want to go bank again and again that's why I am using PHONE BANKING and INTERNET BANKING service of this bank. After demonetisation their server was going down sometimes but other wise I didn't face any trouble with internet banking. If I talk about the CUSTOMER SERVICE of SBI, They provide very good service. Recently I lost my ATM card so I called the customer care of SBI so that they can block my ATM card. I told them about my all situation and they blocked my ATM card and also give me a TIP to apply new ATM card. THANK YOU.:)
