Few days back ago I went to my home branch of SBI in Dharavi, .
I wanted to do a term deposit in the bank, when I checked with one of the employee she said that the person who take care of that work is on leave today, come back again after 3 days, he will back from holidays, when I said is there nobody to take care in his absence, she said, no. When I went to the Bank manager saying the same thing even he said the same thing to come back after 3 days.
This is the way the government banks operate, they don't care about the customer, if same could have happened in private banks they have been kicked off from there.
