As far as public sector banks are concerned, SBI is the best of all nationalized banks. They have all of facilities which any ideal Bank should have, they have very good network of ATM and Branches. their internet banking services are good and any government schemes can be availed from SBI. The loan sanctioning work was pretty much fast with lower interest rates compared to other private banks.
The customer service is average, the overall experience with SBI is good. good for lower priced loans.
