STARINN121 is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
We were extremely dissatisfied, with Starinn's fraud and harrassed services. Despite paying ₹1, 40, 000, the bill provided was only ₹1, 24, 000, indicating unauthorized deductions and 2, 000 were requested as the consultation fees which has no written record.
The service quality was subpar, and responses to our concerns were inadequate. Unfortunately, none of the commitments made were fulfilled, and our attempts to seek assistance were ignored.
To add insult to injury, when we requested a refund, Starinn offered to deduct only half of the amount paid, despite failing to provide the agreed-upon services.
We are now forced to explore legal action to resolve this matter."
