I have taken insurence 4 years before, when claim has come now for cancer disease they have cancelled my policy saying I have not disclosed pre existing deseases. Infact I have disclosed facts to broker but he has not filled pre existing disease, My claim is after after 4 years of policy initiation, which is after 2 years of waiting period for pre existing disease.... They are not ready to return even my premium....
