We needed to do a quick shoppingbefore an appointment so quickly collected our stuff and stood in a queue then gave a card for payment but the card reader was malfunctioning After the cashier tried a few times we asked to make the transaction at another computer. They made us stand in four different lines for more than an hour and each one had one problem or other. Your card readers are outdated and can't read cards from two different popular banks. We should be compensated for our time.
Complete waste of time. The cashier's and managers are pathetic and powerless. They need better training and the shop needs a compensation system for lack of customer service. Terrible terrible experience.
