I have been a customer of Star Bazaar, Koramangala, Bangalore for quite a long time now. However this was the first time I felt that the quality of the products is going down.

I ordered mousse from the bakery section and found pieces of plastic inside the same. When I complained about it nobody bothered to care.

However, when I registered a compliant on their site, I got a very prompt response from the management. They rendered apologies and even came to meet me personally.

All is well that ends well.
