This card is having a monthly fees of Rs 750 for year.This card was been rated as Nos 1 till last year as the performance was also good.
But as usual their success has gone in their head
Now the service has gone from good...to bad ...& is heading to worst....The customer base has increase a lot with giving some compensation at time of registration.But at the same time they have not bother to increase their customer support executive as a result the customer support is always busy & customer have to hold for some 20-25 mins to get their executive online.
Some time the phone rings & nobody is bother to receive it.
Their is mostly problems in billing also.They charge some interest on some thing when call then wait for long(if at night then have dinner then come & see if any guy have arrive).Lasttime they simply reduces my bonus points from 350 to 150 but I have'nt redeem any of points.
This is worst service they offer .....how can U say such bank to put Standard in their name
