Worst customer care. Review on Standard Chartered Bank

Worst customer care. please do t go for scb trading account.

I am a small Trader in Standard Chartered Securities. And after all the waiting finally I withdrawn all the money from your account, It may not make any difference for you but in

that way you are loosing small customer for life time.

I trade in an Average of 10 - 50 Lacs per day.(You can check my account for exact details)

I requested for a advanced Trading Platform since last 1 month and one of your customer care executive committed It will happen in couple of days, She repeated me same from last month.

Most of the time they explain wrong information about the trading for ex  T+6 days.

You guys never care for your customer regarding trading calls though I trade around 20-30 lacs per day, during this 4 month I never got a single call or message.

if he is loosing or earning does not matter you are making money so no headache for you.

I just asked once to hold my position for half an hour which they did not and sold the position in the lowest rate ever.

Definitely I will write all sort of Online reputation for Standard Chartered Suggesting Never go for Standard Chartered trading Platform.
