I have sent a dispatch to be delivered to my family using this courier.It did not achieved the goal on time.But when I required the status they answered Your place is in inside and our conveyance individual is debilitated, and they requested that my father come and gather it at their office .If it must be gathered from their place why the need to send courier?Could not they mastermind elective individuals if the concerned individual is sick.Is this the best approach to react to the customer?What if the general population at the goal place couldn't come and gather and the conveyance is extremely basic?Such a worst service
