Surprised with the airline services could be so Calous and unempathetic towards seniors and kids and families to not even inform about delays of flights and also the security attitude at a defence terminal. Don’t we understand why a flight of 4.15 pm takes off at 6.14 pm. My complaint is towards the haressment and this video is being posted on Twitter/Facebook/ mouth shut just to let you know we are not cows and you have no business to treat us with your clients. No representation of your staff as this a common deal and we as passengers are supposed to accept it. Answer is no, I will stand against any wrong you do to us.
