I bought spice stellar 518 from ebay.in about 6 months ago. It is a nice android dual sim phone with excellent battery backup. I purchased it becuase of its battery of 4000 Mah and I was happy with the battery backup but touch is not smooth enough and below average.
This is the only problem I found. Apart form this everything else is fine. It has a 5 inch screen with a resolution of 854x480. It has android kitkat operating system.
With 1gb Ram and 1.3 quad core processor I did not found any speed problem. I played lots of android games on it and it did not hanged at all. I also liked its 8 MP Rear camera which is really good and the flash is really powerful but front camera of 1.3 MP is below average.
It has 8gb inbuilt strorage which can be easily increased with a micro sd card upto 32gb. It has dual sim and both the sim support 3g which is rarely found in any other phone. But I mainly used its wifi network as I have a wifi in my home and it worked smoothly everytime I connected it to my home wifi network. So this is good budget android phone with very good battery backup.
