Spice Telecom provides the best value for money proposition as compared to any other operators in Karnataka. The company is very sensitive to its customers and procides great customer services. Though there had been a lag in scaling up the infrastructure, they have more than compensated for the delay in the last 1 year or so. Now, with the proposed public offer, they may well be on the way to challenge the Ruias & the Bharti's. In the times I have seen this company, the attitude of the people working here seems to be their greatest asset. Seldom have I seen any indifference in their approach towards their customers. The most important is they are atleast 35-40% less expensive as compared to other service providers in the state. I would like to see this company increase their presence across the country and give competition a run for their money and customers. By the way, most users of Spice that I have known had preferred to stay with Spice during the times Airtel was going very strong. They still do not regret the decision to continue with Spice and are loyal well-wishers of Spice
