I recently moved to Pune and stay in Pimple Saudagar Shivar chowk. I took spectranet on 25th Sep 13. It worked fine for only 10 days. It stopped working from 4th Oct 13 and till date it has not been fixed. Local Pune technicians are so rude and worthless, if you are not at home, they take your connection device and give connection to someone else.
When they are not there they take it and give connection to some other person. This is how they give new connections. So ultimately, half of the month your broadband wont be working. I kept calling and calling they kept saying we are escalating the issue. I strongly doubt if they know the meaning of escalation. Its been almost 15 days and I had to finally apply for disconnection.
To my astonishment, they are not even disconnecting the connection. A cheap trick to extend your billing cycle to next month. They never called, never visited my place even though after repeatedly telling them that the device it self is missing on the society roof top.
Such ISP should have been taken to consumer courts for cheating public but unfortunately people don't bother in Pune.
