Good thing: Their download speed across server location was consistent 12-14 MBPS on a 20MBPS home braodband line.I am fine with this however Airtel had more consistency precision across servers.
Bad Support:
Things started to go bad when my service was disrupted suddenly on 29'th Aug 16.I live in a big society with good number of customers using Spectranet.
I was patient the first 5 days when I called up everyday to restore the service.Mind you, I work from home at times to support my family in need.
Though mobile data is there but at times not sufficient and fast for online meetings and large data requirements or skype meetings.
Everyday I was promised it will be fixed next day.I had just paid in advance for Qtr on the 20'th Aug 16 for 4200.
Every 4 of them were so confident that they knew the problem and will get it fixed personally. One person even was empathetic stating he will personally follow it up.
When finally it wasnt getting fixed after 6 days, I had to move to another ISP as a last minute arrangement for my official work.
Called them on 5'th Sep to disconnect and raising for refunds as of 29'th Aug.
Bluntly I was refused stating it is not in policy for refunds.
I was immediately a victim and held at ransom where clearly and completely it was their failure in restoration of service.
Dont go for them.Or may be go for Post paid as their broadband speed in a zone of false promises is good.
