The sony vaio SVE1413XPNB is a quite user riendly but not as good as hp or dell laptops. But due to the trust of the sony buyers can buy this product. If you are a music lover you can get a good quality music in this system but no my laptop by the time the music qulity is been decreased.
Come to the reliablility it is muchr eliable laptop. And sony can assure you this reliablility. Satisfactionn is not good as other laptops available. So choose wisely.
On this price range it is a good laptop but not upto the point which a user can want.
the customer service is also not good you can have to go to the serbice center which are less and you have to find it. You cannot get home repair assurity like hp.
