As I have recently purchase Sony Bravia KLV -24P412B and next day customer service man from sony company comes to my home for fitting amd he suggested me to buy from him Tv wall mount Brackets and not suggested to used the material given in the box and for this I have to pay rs 650 and he also told me that if you not used this then might your tv will be stop working in 1 or 2 years due to you will not able to clean the dust behind the tv.So with this point I given more 650rs but in 2 months my tv start shaking coz they have not fitted the wall mount brackets properly.Now due to this my tv might fall .Then who would give refund of rs 16000 .
