Sony is always best for electonics item from T.v. to small radio they done a great job and provide us an excellent product which is durable as well as give premium look.
Sony bravia bx400 is none different from his other product, actually it is great in its price at that time when it was launched.
I have purchased this from Dubai( UAE) before few years, for Rs 40000 approx bcoz in uae electronic item is cheap in price but quality is great.
Sound quality of picture is also good, but mostly I use home theatre for watching even dth so dont think much of its sound
Its picture quality is just rocking, very few time pixelation occurs even in SD dth. There is a lots of feature like noise reduction which reduce noise from picture etc
Performance is also quite good, and it is very easy to use nothing confusing feature is there so you will sure fun to watch any movie and show
Electricity consumption is also limited, and look wise also very compact and good.
I dont need till now any customer service for this product because till now no problem occurs, so hope it continues for few more tears without need of customee service. But their service is great because in my home maximum item is from sony and I am satisfied customer of sony
