Snow city inside setup is OK. The quality of boots that provide is bad. Especially when kids are there, they get frozen easily.
The worst part I would like to point out is the photos taken inside. We were thinking they are just clicking the photos and may be we can pick any later. While clicking the photograps the camera men did not give any information. We asked how this is given, the number, cost etc. They just told it will be told to you at the exit counter.
But when we came out we saw photos, but costing was 1150 for 100 photos. We can select too, but then 950 for the selection. We were OK with the price even if it was not told to us in prior and felt little higher side. The worst part was they just clicked randomly and they copied many photos, to make it 100 numbers. If they had told us the price and count of photos we would have posed better to make it memorable. We even missed to stand family wise. We had an argument at the photo studio counter asking for a bargaining but they told the rate is company fixed, even one rupee can't be reduced.
Not worth the money for kids. For both kids and adults the charges are the same ₹500. Kids can hardly spend 10 minutes inside. Make sure you are dressed in warm clothes from home and not just rely on the winter wear provided.
It's too small and very limited things to do.
Clothes provided was smelly and doesn't fit also.
Ripped clothes. Staff was not good. 500rs per person is too much for such experience.
