Great food for all Kerala cuisine lovers! Options in veg, fish, chicken, mutton and sweets. A no-frills eatery that holds a record for the it's beef chilly fry. I have tried their super paan-poli; a coconut and rice sweet wrapped in a banana leaf. Also the moong dal payasam was awesome. Vegetarians can have an entire meal of dry veg of the day, avial, dal, mixed veg, rice and chappatis. Also kerala specials of Malabar parotha, puttu and appam are good options instead of regular rice or chappati.
I also tried fish curry and fish fry which had a distinct and authentic kerala flavour of tamarind and coconut. And at onam the restaurant is packed for the traditional OnaSadya(meal on a banana leaf). All in all do drop in or avail of their free home delivery service! Open from 7 am to 11pm and easily locatable on LJ Road Mahim West.
