Please don't go for snap deal shopping if they deliver your product through Jasper Infotech in Bangalore.I do a lot of shopping online but the biggest shocking experience came when I booked Abrexo Multicolor Analog watch for my sister's birthday in June, 2017.I ordered the watch and gave a phone for contact, but since my wife did'nt have range in her work place, immediately I called customer care and gave an alternate number for further contact.They said we have noted and will intimate to the sfatffs.But they never did it.I checked and upadted the new number even online.Since it was my sister birthday I kept tracking, they didnt call to the new number or we didnt get any response.later I called second time to enquire, I was told we have taken the request, this time there will be know problem.Meanwhile I wanted the customer care to give me the number of the courier service to call in privately in case if they did not update the information.
Embrassing to say no contact number given for Jasper Infotech.I have real complaint about it, but they refused it.Why are you tying up with a company whose staffs or management cant respond with the customers problem.Snap deal customer service just said we will update, but it is not the way I missed the gift and cancelled the first order and had to buy another gift directly because of SNAPDEAL AND JASPER company tie up and without any prompt action.I had called three times, what they say is Sorry sir, next time it wont happen!what about the current one?
I forgave and ordered same product after few months because I liked the color and model, again disappointed me with a faulty piece.No product quality .No dlivery in time .No proper feedback.
I would recommend flipkart or shopclues over snapdeal in Bangalore.
pls dont go for snap deal if Jasper Infotech is involved
