I have mixed feeling some of the orders are delivered as promised.
Some of my orders are cancelled by them with wrong reason.
Compare Amazon, they cannot compete with Amazon. Snapdeal have to improve on customer care.
May be there is problem with their courier partner but Snapdeal have to take decision quickly.
The payment gateway is good as it is freecharge help there. It is quick and hassle free.
Conclusion not reliable as of Amazon and flipkart.
